Information Removal/Opt-Out

If you prefer not to receive marketing or promotional emails from CircuLite, you may click on the “Unsubscribe” link in any promotional email you receive from us and follow the “Unsubscribe” instructions. Please note that such requests may take up to ten (10) days to become effective.

Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to these Terms or the Website must be commenced within six (6) months after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action shall be barred. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of CircuLite, and any assignment or transfer in violation of this provision shall be null and void. CircuLite reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms or special terms or rules set forth on the Website, including without limitation the right to block access from a particular internet address.
